Research On Performance Of Magnetic Integrated LLC Resonant Converter Based On UIU Magnetic

This paper is based on the National Natural Science Foundation of China,and researches on Staggered Parallel Magnetic Integrated Bi-directional LLC Resonant Converter for New Energy Power Generation System to carry on the study of magnetic integrated LLC resonant converter with UIU type integrated magnetic core performance.LLC resonant converter has good soft switching capability,suitable for high frequency operation,easy magnetic integration and other advantages in communication power,LED power supply and other DC-DC converter applications.The paper studies the application of LLC converter design and magnetic integration technology in recent years and proposes a three-coil magnetic integration scheme using UIU core to avoid leakage inductance,reduce eddy current loss,mitigate electromagnetic interference and reduce the volume of integrated magnetic components.In this paper,the method of LLC resonant converter design and integrated magnetic structure analysis is described,the magnetic integration models of traditional EE and UIU cores are studied respectively,simulation of the two cores with different integrated magnetic model shows UIU core models No.1 and No.2 can effectively alleviate the edge of the magnetic flux diffusion,to reduce the eddy current loss and electromagnetic interference requirements.In the paper,an asymmetric half-bridge LLC resonant converter experimental circuit is designed to test two kinds of UIU core integrated magnetic model under the rated voltage of 40 V and switching frequency of 180 KHz.it is verified that the two models can complete the ZVS function of the LLC converter and provide ZVS control effect.
