High intensity focused ultrasound has been widely involved and developed in recent years as a noninvasive surgical tool because of its focus generated in vitro and no radiation. The vibration, heating and cavitation in the spatial area of human tissue necrosis part by high intensity focused ultrasound is a noninvasive or minimally invasive treatment. Therefore, the high intensity focused ultrasound field morphology detection and ultrasonic pressure measurement of the focus point are of great significance for the medical research and development. This paper focuses on the measurement of high intensity focused ultrasound field by high-intensity hydrophone and ultrasound field visualization method, the main work is as follows:(1) The measurement of the vibration displacement of high strength ultrasound-permeable film is presented using laser heterodyne method. In this method, the vibration displacement of high strength ultrasound-permeable film is generated by high-intensity focused ultrasound pressure,and the accurate calibration of high-intensity hydrophone ultrasound pressure sensitivity is achieved by comparing voltage value detection of the high intensity hydrophone with the ultrasound pressure value measured by the corresponding vibration displacement detection. The experimental results show that the measured values can be traceable to length datum, and the influence of the noise in the environment on the measurement can be effectively suppressed.(2) A precise measurement method of high intensity focused ultrasound field based on high precision 3D motion system is studied using high intensity hydrophone, and the measurement software is developed. The accuracy of high intensity hydrophone for detecting high intensity ultrasound field is verified by comparing with the laser measurement results of high intensity focused ultrasound field. Besides, the three-dimensional spline interpolation method is used to visualize the high intensity focused ultrasound field. According to the laser measurement data, the ultrasound field visualization measurement of the focal cross section is not only realized in the high intensity focused ultrasound field, but also the three-dimensional image of the high intensity ultrasonic field is reconstructed. The three-dimensional result of the reconstructed ultrasonic field is close to the three-dimensional space shape of the original ultrasonic field.
