With the research of Cubesat all over the world and the development of micro electronic technology,CubeSat is going to be small volume,high integration,high capability of data managing and high reliability.A new design of the electrical system was presented on the demand for the Cubesat,which is based on the homemade System on Chip(SoC),and the Attitude Control System(ACS)scheme was also studied according to the design of the electrical system.This paper selected the homemade SoC as the central processing unit of CubeSat to design the On-Board Computer system and power system.The SoC was used to collect and manage the data,as well as the power management.In addition,the SoC was used to control the magnetic torquers and momentum wheels,which realized the attitude control of CubeSat itself.The results of the tests and simulation showed that the On-Board Computer System based on SoC can realize data acquisition and processing,and the error is under 2 percent.The power system could output the required voltage,such as 5V and 3.3V.The magnetic torquers and momentum wheels could control the attitude of CubeSat in a shorter convergence time with higher accuracy,which fulfilled the attitude control requirement of the CubeSat.
