Development And Implementation Of Smart Home Gateway Based On AllJoyn

With the rapid development of intelligent hardware and information technology,smart home is growing at a rapid pace as a new industry,and new products and technologies continue to appear.Huge market has attracted a large number of capital into this field,and many companies have released a large number of smart home products.But there are many standards in the smart home field and the level of intelligence is not high,the innovation of applications are not strong.Smart home industry needs a unified standard urgently,as well as the killer applications.AllJoyn technology is supported by a number of international manufacturers.In this paper,we design and develop a smart gateway based on this technology.The main work are as follows:In this paper,we first do a research about the background and the development of the smart home industry,and then research the basic structure and basic technology of the AllJoyn framework.Secondly,in this paper,we use AllJoyn to realize the centralized control architecture and design the general logic of the intelligent gateway.According to different scenarios,we propose different solutions and optimization algorithms.In order to realize the heartbeat function of the thin client which has poor resources,we propose a method of multi-coroutine;in order to realize the function of calling the multiple devices simultaneously,we propose a method of group management;in order to solve the security problem,we propose a centralized security policy;finally,a conflict free mechanism is proposed for Event-Action.Thirdly,we use the open source hardware Arduino with other electronic components,a router with OpenWrt and an Android mobile phone to achieve a smart home prototype system to verify the algorithm and the solution.Finally,the experiment shows that the multi-coroutine method can effectively realize the heartbeat of devices;the group management can achieve to control multiple devices at the same time;the centralized security policy is effective;the conflict free mechanism for Event-Action also effectively solves the conflict problem.
