Concrete materials have good durability, easy molding, low energy consumption, has been widely used in engineering, but its disadvantages of high brittleness and low tensile strength, poor cracking resistance,crack problems hindering the development of concrete. Therefore, it is necessary to add alkali resistant glass fiber to improve the performance of concrete. However, there are few researches on the mechanical properties of textile fiber reinforced concrete, and the mechanical properties of alkali resistant glass fiber are few.In this paper, according to the wall construction project of Laoshan Mountain tunnel, through theoretical analysis, laboratory test and field experiment, laboratory test results and analysis of the monitoring results and calculation results, study the mechanical properties of alkali resistant glass fiber reinforced concrete and its application in the tunnel wall in conclusion:(1) By the combined method of theoretical analysis and experimental study, the study of alkali resistant glass fiber reinforced concrete anti cracking mechanism and characteristics, analyzes the failure mechanism of alkali resistant glass fiber reinforced concrete, summarizes the influence factors of concrete strength of alkali resistant glass fiber; based on the theory of fracture mechanics, material mechanics, enhancement of crack resistance theory and principle alkali resistant glass fiber.(2) Based on the principle of material mechanics and concrete method, combining theoretical analysis and laboratory test, the study of alkali resistant glass fiber reinforced concrete compressive and tensile properties; variation of compressive strength of alkali in different combinations and different content and different alkali resistant glass fiber length under different conditions of the glass fiber reinforced concrete variation and tensile strength.(3) Through the field test, the application of partition of alkali resistant glass fiber in the tunnel; working mechanism in the partition of the anti cracking mechanism of alkali resistant glass fiber and research;using monitoring method, deformation monitoring of tunnel wall,studied in different alkali resistant glass fiber content and different fiber length under the condition of cracking in partition, prevention of cracking in tunnel wall measures.Study of alkali resistant glass fiber reinforced concrete compressive and tensile mechanical properties and its mechanism, and can solve the mix design problem of selecting materials of glass fiber concrete, have important theoretical significance for the promotion and application of alkali resistant glass fiber reinforced concrete in the construction field;reduce the corrosion of reinforcement, prevent the crack of concrete structure, has important social significance for to improve the safety of concrete structure.
