Electric power communication network is a kind of professional communication network to serve for power system, which includes four categories of business such as voice, data, video and multimedia services, and plays a crucial role in the application of smart power grid. In recent years, the electric power system has changed greatly, the scale is expanding, and the maintenance and management level of the power system has been improved,however, there is no corresponding reduction of quantity and rate of faults in power communication network.This article does research in several aspects based on the problems above. The purpose is to solve the congestion and overhead issues of the heterogeneous power communication network,increase the real-time performance and reliability of electric power communication network. The overall performance of the power communication network is evaluated to improve the efficiency of the fault detection.The reliability and real - time performance of power communication network are analyzed by large data analysis technique. In practical applications, it is very complicated to ensure the stability, reliability and real-time performance of the power communication network during the transmission of data. In this paper, the reliability is evaluated by using the anti-destructive analysis method of the whole network, and the real-time performance of the information transmission is evaluated by using the MPLS-wide network average bandwidth routing algorithm. On this basis,the architecture of the heterogeneous power communication network is optimized.Big data analysis technique is used to achieve the optimization of network overhead and network congestion of heterogeneous power communication. Network overhead and congestion are important aspects in the plan of heterogeneous power communication network, the optimal load balancing routing algorithm OBRA in big data analysis technique is used to achieve the accurate control of the traffic flow in the network, so as to optimize the network overhead and network congestion.Optimization of power communication network performance is analyzed by large data analysis technique. In this paper, we use the integrated routing algorithm(IRA) to achieve the overall optimization of power communication network performance by constructing the statistical traffic model of historical traffic and selecting the LSP routing.
