Induction heating technology has been widely applied in all walks of life because of its special advantages, hence the induction heating power supply has been developed rapidly . Low power induction heating power, with small size, low energy consumption, convenient carrying and wide application, has gradually become the focus of people's research and development, and been improved and applied in many special occasions.Firstly, the principles, characteristics and development status of the induction heating power supply are introduced, then the topological structures, load characteristics and power control modes of the inverter main circuits are analyzed in detail. Secondly, in accordance with the characteristics of the induction heating power supply,a kind of application design of small power induction heating power supply is put forward combined with the actual requirements, and the main circuits are simulated by Pspise as well. Finally, through the construction of the experimental platform, the debugging of the physical circuits is completed, and the feasibility of the design is verified.The application design is a low power induction heating device based on Phase-shifted PWM Control. First of all, the device adopts a low-voltage DC power supply,which makes the power supply mode more simple and safe; With a full bridge inverter,the 12V DC power is transformed into high frequency AC power to realize the induction heating of the heater, which possesses the advantages of fast heating speed, high heating efficiency, safety and environmental protection. Nextly, The design makes the temperature control more accurate and effective through the feedbacks of temperature-voltage circuits and temperature-frequency circuit. With the application of STM32 microcontroller, the whole design becomes more digital and intelligent. At last,in order to ensure the operation of the design safely and reliably,many protective measures are set in it,such as overvoltage crowbar,overcurrent crowbar, soft switching circuits and so on.Because the design is a kind of miniwatt and low energy consumption device,and can be powered for a long time just using a dry battery, it is suitable for being used outdoors without power frequency energy. Besides, the design, with low supply voltage and small current,adopts the non-contact induction heating mode,so it can be applied to some inflammable and explosive occasions. Generally, the design gains a great practical value.
