Tonggang group is the largest integrated iron and steel enterprises in jilin,heilongjiang and Inner Mongolia.According to the "twelfth five-year" development planning of the jilin province,tonggang finish old equipment modification,eliminate backward productionequipment,upgrade the enlarged equipment technical structure adjustment.Therefore,tonggang needs capacity expansion of raw material for sintering plant,and increases iron raw material reserves.Two DQL1000/1200.25 arm type bucket wheel stacker reclaimers are added.Arm type bucket wheel stacker reclaimer is a large,continuous and efficient bulk material handling machinery,it is mainly composed of bucket wheel mechanism,the upper metal structure,walking mechanism,luffing mechanism,slewing mechanism,center hopper,adjacent structures,tail,high and low voltage electrical room,cab and electrical system,etc.Tonggang sintering is planted for taking.iron material piling.In order to reduce or even eliminate the early failure of material piling,increase the service life of equipment,reduce the late spare parts and material capital investment,Optimization and experimental research are performed on the key parts of material piling.The research content mainly includes the bucket wheel mechanism of the drive system,connecting the bucket wheel with the speed reducer,bucket wheel bearing sealing,hopper,arc baffle plate,the bucket wheel body;Walking mechanism of drive system,walking round;Center under the hopper;Power check cantilever belt,vertical tension,increase heart roller group,drive line statistics;System of belt conveyor roller group,non-return device check;The hydraulic system;Tail car selection,tail car dealing with double hydraulic cylinders are not synchronized;Vehicular keep-off device components,etc.At present,the design specifications has not yet been followed in the field of reclaimer’s design.Technical requirements are taken from the design of the similar equipment standard and research results.Therefore,this article mainly uses the comparison and the practical application of research methods,and is combined with CAD software.By comparing with the bucket wheel stacker reclaimer used 7 years,summing up debugging and experience application through using new material piling and taking machine will find problems and improved design.Finally,tonggang productes the bucket wheel stacker that adapts for reclaimer process conditions and climatic environment.
