In recent years,automobile industry is the main pillar industry and the sale is increasing,in China.The development of cars bring great convenience to human,but the huge ownership of traditional cars also brings a series of problems,such as the en--vironment pollution of car emissions、fog、car for oil energy consumption sharply.Therefore,the development of a new energy as power is in urgent need of develop--ment of car.Electric vehicles as a non-polluting,renewable sources of power in the new energy vehicles is very good to solve the above problems.This article is based on pure electric passenger cars,study out of pure electric passenger vehicle control system.The methods and strategies of the vehicle control system can be used in other electric vehicles.This article will mainly introduce the following several aspects.1.At first,this paper studies the dynamical parameter matching of pure electric vehicles,electric vehicles reasonable dynamic parameters matching is electric control system can accurately control of electric vehicle in advance,performance parameters of the dynamic parameters of the motor and battery performance parameters will directly affect the performance of the electric vehicle.In the process of dynamic parameters matching,first of all,according to the requirements of electric vehicle performance through theoretical calculation,calculate the theory of motor and battery,and then go to the market to research,and select the motor and battery.According to the motor and battery selection model,determine whether the selection of motor and battery parameters meet the performance requirements of the electric vehicle by ADVISOR simulation software.2.This paper studies the pure electric vehicle control system.Pure electric vehicle control system which includes control system solution set,the hardware of the controller design,pure electric vehicle drive control strategy and controller software programming realization.First is for to determine the control scheme of the pure electric vehicles,in the control plan,according to the actual situation and pure electric vehicle controller design principles and design requirements,design of vehicle communication mode,the vehicle data acquisition mode,vehicle electric drive mode,and the vehicle code debugging method.When after the completion of the plan formulation,it is the vehicle of the design of the controller hardware,here including some minimum system CPU chip selection,system hardware(such as power supply circuit,clocking circuit and watchdog circuit,BDM circuit,etc.),data acquisition circuit design,electric drive circuit design and the communication interface circuit design of the controller.3.This paper studies the vehicle controller scheme and hardware design is finished,some control strategy formulation.In this control strategy is mainly in the process of electric vehicles,according to the actual circumstance of road conditions and the actual situation of the car itself,to make all kinds of corresponding strategies in the process of electric vehicles,according to the analysis of the motor and battery performance,and then the theoretical calculation,numerical value of each control mode,the formulation of several control modes in order to enhance the economic performance of electric vehicles,power performance obey her peace.When after the completion of the control strategy,the design research of motor torque request process,using interpolation algorithm,in the design of motor torque control strategy of complete vehicles.4.Design the controller software implementation of the vehicle.By choosingμC/OS-Ⅱ embedded system,software design of the vehicle controller.Software is designed to meet the requirements of the previous design,and the control strategy and control algorithm design.This article is the basis of the pure electric vehicle controller,design control system overall scheme,the hardware design process,drive control algorithm and software implementation process.
