Because of its convenience,Since entering the 21st century,China's car ownership has increased in a blowout way,which has resulted in serious environmental pollution problems.More and more attention has been paid to the research of new energy vehicles,and pure electric vehicles usher in a good opportunity for vigorous development.As the core component of the control system of the pure electric vehicle,the whole vehicle controller plays a decisive role in the whole vehicle performance of the pure electric vehicle.Developing an ideal control strategy of the whole vehicle canpromote the industrialization process of the vehicle.Therefore,based on a pure electric vehicle,this paper analyzes the working mode of the pure electric vehicle,and on this basis,designs the vehicle control strategy.Then the hardware in the loop simulation verification strategy is adopted.I will explain it from the following four aspects:(1)This paper analyzes the advantages of the vehicle controller based on the V type development,and analyzes the working mode of the electric vehicle,and designs the vehicle control strategy based on this,including four aspects:system high voltage power on and off,drive mode control,charging mode and fault diagnosis;(2)In order to carry out the hardware in the loop verification of the following control strategy,based on the forward simulation modeling idea,the driver model,the power battery model,the motor model and the vehicle dynamics model are simulated by Matlab/Simulink software.Finally,the vehicle model is validated based on the NEDC condition of vehicle fuel economy test in China;(3)Subsequently,a hardware in the loop test platform is built based on dSPACE in Germany.Download the whole vehicle model to HEV cabinet as the test equipment,compile and download the control strategy to micoautobox as the controller,and finally complete the real-time communication between the test equipment,the tested parts and the upper computer through the bench building and wiring harness connection;(4)Finally,based on the designed dSPACE hardware in the loop test platform,the test requirements are analyzed and the test cases are developed.The hardware in the loop verification is carried out for the control strategy designed and developed in Chapter 2.The results of the hardware in the loop test meet the logic requirements of the control strategy,and meet the requirements of the vehicle functional specifications.The test results provide sufficient theoretical basis for the real vehicle test and lay a firm experimental foundation for the future experiments.
