With the global low carbon era coming, pure electric vehicles are the future direction of development of vehicle. In this paper, the actual project requirements, With the focus on pure electric drive vehicle powertrain control strategy to start research work.This paper focuses on pure electric vehicle control system of vehicle characteristics, construction of vehicle around the vehicle control network controller. On the basis of operational characteristics of pure electric cars, describe the functions of vehicle control, and based on vehicle control tasks, design the vehicle controller software architecture.Vehicle drive control strategy is the core of pure electric vehicle control system, play a monitoring and regulating the work of the implementing agencies, achieve and ensure the driving safety of pure electric vehicles, improve the use of the key role of economic-based. In this article, the purely electric vehicle system characteristics are used as a starting poin, then analyze the demand of vehicle drive control. Firstly classify the drive mode of vehicle, and then expatiate the startup model and normal driving mode, analyze the relationship between acceleration and deceleration input and output, and gives the driver control system block diagram.Relying on the previous analysis, engineering applications is springboard, to achieve vehicle drive control strategies. Traffic control strategy intended to better control the driver response. Therefore, firstly analysis driver's intent, through a series of input signals to understand the driver's speed needs. Then complete the vehicle drive control strategies from the most basic and most important car model and the normal drive mode control, and acceleration demand for different drivers, complete control of vehicle speed. Then analyzes the battery SOC value of the motor drive control of the torque command, finally completes vehicle drive control block diagram.In order to verify the accuracy of vehicle drive control strategies and effectiveness, a hardware in the loop system structures needed to model of electric car is designed, do simulation for startup mode control, normal driving mode control, acceleration control. Finally FAW test field in the real vehicle test, and the results were analyzed, the results obtained are compared with the hardware in the loop simulation. Not satisfied with the performance of the vehicle, through professional calibration tools CANape to calibrate the changes, finally gain the satisfactory performance of the vehicle power.
