The artillery shell hole enlargement system is in view of the current situation,the military weapon upgrades and designed a kind of processing equipment.It has a simple processing efficiency,economic cost is low,low labor intensity,energy conservation and environmental protection,etc.Traditional military artillery shell processing is coper material fused cast more,after repeated stretching,convergent,trimming,processing penetration in the process of annealing,etc.With the development of economy and technology,military weapon unceasing with the new generation,the old shell is small in size,internal costumed fire dosage small,faced with large quantities of elimination.A lot of old shells can only be destroyed for melting,new shell is processed again,this needs huge military spending.Compare the size of the old shell and new shell,new artillery on the radial size only increases to a certain extent,the axial basically remain unchanged.If after a certain amount of using old-fashioned artillery shells in the processing to become the new artillery shells,at the same time of complete the upgrade,also can effectively reduce the economic cost and reduce resource depletion.At first,this paper analyzes the mechanical properties of artillery shell material,use ANSYS software to simulate the inside high pressure hole enlargement way when the change of the artillery shells,artillery shell under different pressure value is obtained in the deformation.At this point,this paper puts forward the basic idea of this article,with the method of high pressure inside the hole enlargement,the old shell casings processing,make it meet the requirements of the size of the new cartridge.If use the old cartridge to make the new cartridge,the pressure value of the machining system is superhigh pressure.At this time,sealing and safety becomes a problem must be considered.Points for high pressure system connection and sealing,this paper USES the reference some more mature high-pressure sealing structure,the structure of dynamic seals an static seals,and designed the high pressure hole enlargement artillery shell mold.Artillery shell mould for high pressure makes artillery shells into and taking out more convenient.Don't need precise fit between the artillery shell and mold size,this reduces the production requirements.According to the requirements of processing movement,this paper designed the artillery shell system equipped with hydraulic system.The hydraulic system is divided into mold opening and closing system and high pressure water system.Due to the particularity of high pressure water generating circuit,the electro-hydraulic proportional control scheme is determined.For hydraulic system schematic diagram,I consult the relevant manufacture's product samples,select the appropriate hydraulic component models.At the same time,using solidworks software to build 3d model of valve group and the hydraulic system.For electro-hydraulic proportional control scheme of the system,use the model method of transfer function to set up the guiding type proportional overflow valve control mathematical model of the supercharger,and obtain the transfer function of system pressure control.This article has carried on the transfer function of the simulation,using MATLAB/Simulink software.It is concluded that different control situations of system pressure get different response curve.According to the result of the pressure response curve,we concluded that the electro-hydraulic proportional relief valve can meet the design requirements.
