Ordinary electro-hydraulic proportional valve was a type B half-bridge liquid resistance network structure of the pilot circuit,due to the main valve spring force and valve port steady-state hydraulic power of the valve there was a larger override pressure(that is Through the valve port flow increases,the valve outlet pressure to reduce),could not meet the high efficiency of development of modern industry.The used of F-type ?-bridge liquid resistance network instead of the B-type half-bridge liquid resistance network as the pilot control circuit of the electro-hydraulic proportional pressure reducing valve could efficiently reduced the deviation of pressure regulation.Therefore,Certain research significance.This article mainly completed the following research work:(1)The working principle of the F-type ?-bridge electro-hydraulic proportional valve analyzed.The central structural design and calculation of the proportional valve were carried out.The load characteristics of the F-type ?-bridge electro-hydraulic proportional valve analyzed.Type ? bridge electro-hydraulic proportional pressure reducing valve and the conventional electro-hydraulic proportional valve mathematical model of the linear processing.Got their mathematical model respectively to calculate the deviation of their pressure regulator;simulation studied F-type ?-bridge Flow Pressure Characteristics of Electrohydraulic Proportional Pressure Reducing Valve and Ordinary Electrohydraulic Proportional Pressure Reducing Valve.(2)The structural design of the proportional electromagnet was completed.The necessary parameters of armature diameter,ampere-turns and coil resistance wre calculated by using electromagnet design theory.The critical structural parameters of the proportional electromagnet obtained by the steady-state simulation analysis of the electromagnet suction characteristic by Maxwell simulation software,including the front angle ? of the iron core and the initial position w parameter value.(3)Completed the design of proportional electromagnet prototype,confirmed the material of parts,dimensional tolerances,shape and position tolerances,processing technology,drawing the processing diagram,processing the prototype test.(4)Through the electromagnet test platform,The electromagnet PWM signal frequency to do a different test,the comparative electromagnet test prototype for static characteristics and dynamic characteristics of the trial,including different current electromagnet force-displacement characteristics test and force-time.
