35kV distribution lines as an indispensable part of a power system,due to less low insulation levels and protection measures,prone to lightning trip fault.At the beginning of the construction of distribution line,the lines generally adopt the unified design scheme.But in the later transformation of lightning protection of lines,there is no unified basis.According to regulations,the lines set up lightning protection measures,lack of specificity,cannot effectively reduce lightning damage accidents.Therefore,based on the analysis of the 35 kV distribution lines,the judgment method of line lightning risk and should choose what kind of lightning protection measures are put forward.They have a strong engineering significance.This paper first describes the hazards and risks of different distribution lines that may exist in the case of direct lightning strikes and lightning,and it analyzes,in the case of lightning damage,risk assessment of existing distribution lines exist some shortcomings.This paper introduces risk distribution lines using the analytic hierarchy process.And it explains how to select lightning protection measures of the distribution line.In this regard,in the case of lightning damage,this raises 35 kV distribution lines specific process of transformation.In four distribution lines in an area as an example,the following conclusions: line risk assessment method can determine the order of the line of lightning risk;Based on the analysis of the line,using this method can be applied to draw lightning transformation measures in specific lines;Using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to assess measures,measures can be drawn in the upper.Finally,ATP simulation analysis,the measures which can play a good protective effect.Also it shows that the method used in this paper is practical.In this paper,the idea of risk assessment can be applied to the entire distribution lines,it is possible to provide specific lightning transformation measures.From the technical and economic,choosing the best option can avoid blindness and improve the economic and technical benefits of the transformation of distribution lines.
