Research On Risk Management Of Construction Project Of H Company Based On Analytic Hierarchy Process

With the continuous progress and development of economic construction and science and technology,the construction industry in China develops rapidly and the scale of construction projects continues to expand,leading to the increase of construction risk of construction projects.This article has carried on certain research and analysis to the project risk management,and found the risk factors that affect the construction project and the problems existing in the risk management,so as to strengthen the enterprise to the construction project risk management,hoping to enterprises in the future investment and construction control to better implement the risk management to play a role of help or warning.This paper first introduces the research background and significance of the paper,and then introduces the research status of project risk management in domestic and foreign project management,and then expounds the definition and concept of risk,as well as the concept and significance of project risk management.Finally,taking the Y project of H company as an example,the background of the project is introduced in detail,and the risk factor identification,risk analysis and countermeasures in the construction project are studied in detail.Although this paper has carried out a more systematic assessment and analysis of various risks of the project,there are still some limitations in the research.Since this study only analyzes the changes and influences of single factors such as quality risk and organizational management risk,it is necessary to gradually enrich and improve this issue in future studies.
