Self-discharging ship is a kind of transport ship which can continuously fast unloading cargo with self unloading equipment.Because of its high flexibility,short occupying time and the higher berth efficiency,it become one of the transport ship which has strong competitive power,and has been widely used in shipping industry.In this paper,self-discharging ship's material conveying as the research object,aiming at the problem of low efficiency of material conveying rack design,makes the research on the analysis of parameter and structure.Firstly,combining structural characteristic of self-discharging ship's material conveying rack,the parametric design of self-discharging ship's material conveying rack is conducted by parametric design method based on skeleton,including establishment and interlinkage of parameterized table,establishment of frame,parts design and engineering drawing'generation.Secondly,the parametric finite element analysis model of self-discharging ship's material conveying rack is established.The calculation results are analyzed from the two aspects of the strength and stiffness after CAE analysis of self-discharging ship's material conveying rack,so as to provide some numerical basis in the process of design or improvement economically and effectively,and reduce the number of tests try and avoid a lot of work.Then the main parameters of the mathematical model is determined according to the structure characteristics of self-discharging ship's material conveying rack.The sensitivity analysis is conducted for the follow-up modification and optimization design,and the optimal design variables is determined ultimately.Approximate model of self-discharging ship's material conveying rack is established by radial basis function(RBF),and the error of the approximate model is adjusted,based on approximate model reconstruction method.Then the structure parameters of material conveying rack are optimizated by the intergeneration projection genetic algorithm(IP-GA)to find the best structure form.Compared with the original structure,the maximum stress value is decreased by 16.2%.The results show that the maximum stress value is greatly reduced by the method elaborated in what follows,and thus to improve the performance.Finally,analysis and planning for the whole parametric design platform is conducted basedon the user's demand.After the establish of the parametric design platform's working flow,detailed design of specific modules is conducted by the tool-VB programming language.A set of automatic design system using in 3D design and finite element analysis is complited,through the post test.
