With the increasing of the scale and operation mileage of high-speed railway in our country, the convenient and fast high-speed EMU has become the first choice for people to travel. EMU, as the mobile carrier of high-speed transportation, with the passage of time, its technical status will gradually deteriorate and the performance will gradually decline. In order to ensure the safe operation and high speed of EMU, it is very natural and necessary to overhaul and maintain it regularly. At present, the integrated maintenance operation mode with multiple units cooperation is widely used in the primary and secondary overhaul operation to meet the requirements of efficient maintenance. As a very complicated system,the operation process of EMU is composed of many steps, which involves a lot of equipments, time control strictly. And risk factors exist in the overhaul operation, which endanger the safety of the maintenance workers and affect the maintenance efficiency of EMU. Under such background, it is very important to do well the safety risk management of EMU overhaul. Therefore, this paper studies the safety risk management of the integrated maintenance operation of EMU.Firstly, this paper analyzes the current research situation at home and abroad, and then,on the basis of combing the process and characteristics of the integrated maintenance work of EMU, using WBS - RBS matrix risk analysis method to identify and classify the risk factors in the integrated maintenance process of EMU, summarizes the integrated operational risk factors system. According to the results of identification of risk factors, the safety risk evaluation index system of integrated maintenance operation of EMU with 4 first-level evaluation indexes and 19 second-level indicators is established, and the improved triangular TFN-AHP is selected to determine the weights of each evaluation index to reduce the influence of subjective factors in the calculation process. Then, using the extension theory,the safety risk assessment model of the integrated maintenance and operation safety assessment model is established and used for the analysis of examples, the evaluation results accord with the objective facts. Finally, according to the safety risk of the integrated maintenance operation of EMU, the countermeasures are proposed from the personnel,management, equipment and environment.The purpose of this paper is to provide some theoretical support or reference for the risk identification, analysis, evaluation, processing and even the final safety risk management decision-making in the integrated maintenance operation of EMU in the case of insufficient statistic data of accident, and finally improve the safety risk management level of the integrated overhaul operation.
