The transformer's maintenance scheduling planed based on transformer risk assessment has important practical significance to transformer security and economic operation.The paper proposed one new transformer risk maintenance method based on extension assessment approach and risk matrix.The main content includes:risk source analysis,risk failure probability analysis,risk expiration severity appraisal,power transformer's risk assessment and overhaul strategy.Firstly,uses the statistical method,the transformer equipment risk is divided into 23 kinds,and according to the probability statistics expiration possibility,the possibility is divided into 5 ranks.Secondly,studied the 5 influencing factor about risk expiration severity,and through combining extension engineering law and the analytic hierarchy law,the failure serious degree of risk source is divided for 5 ranks.Once again,the transformer risk matrix is established,and divided into 4 ranks,and propose the corresponding risk overhaul strategy through the risk assessment.Finally,through the example analysis,the method is confirmed accuracy and feasibility,and developed power transformer risk assessment expert system based on Visual Studio.
