In recent years,with the increasing extension of China's railway mileage,the number of locomotives operating on railway lines has also increased intensively.At the same time,more and more locomotives have also occurred due to malfunctions or accidents.Among them,a large number of locomotive failures are caused by human error caused by railway maintenance personnel.As the main force for the maintenance of the railway locomotive section,the railway maintenance personnel are the main body of the locomotive for maintenance,management,maintenance and maintenance,and play a vital role in the safety of the railway maintenance.Therefore,the research on the safety evaluation method of human error is carried out to find out the key causes of human error,and the risk management and control measures are reasonably formulated to regulate the operation behavior of railway maintenance personnel and effectively reduce the incidence of human error.It is of great practical significance for people who eliminate the safety of the aircraft to avoid hidden dangers and ensure the safety of railway transportation.In this context,this paper takes the railway maintenance personnel as the research object,and studies the safety evaluation method of human error.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,on the basis of summarizing the classic model of human error and the safety evaluation theory,In-depth analysis of the operation content and characteristics of the railway maintenance personnel,clarified the mechanism of the human error of the maintenance personnel,and through the statistical analysis of the "two violations" safety risk assessment dictionary and railway analysis report of the maintenance personnel,Clarify the main causes of human error.Using the explanatory structure model to visually conclude that the result layer of the human error of the maintenance personnel is the cause analysis method caused by the direct layer,the indirect layer and the deep three layers.Secondly,according to the actual work of the railway maintenance personnel,the survey data is combined with the expert consultation method,and eighteen major factors affecting the maintenance personnel of the maintenance personnel are selected from the four aspects of “human,machine,ring and management”.One-level indicator,six second-level indicators,and eighteen three-level indicators In the end,in order to avoid the sorting contradiction between the indicators,the weight of each evaluation index is determined by G1 method,and the extension theory is introduced.The extension evaluation method is used to establish a multi-level extension evaluation method.Safety evaluation model for railway maintenance personnel.The safety evaluation method combined with the G1 method and the extension method can correct the degree of security level deviation through the security level feature value,so as to improve the accuracy and objectivity of the safety evaluation result.In order to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the safety evaluation method proposed in this paper,gives an example evaluation of the human error of the maintenance personnel of the NC railway locomotive section.The evaluation result is basically safe as a whole,but there are still six risk factors such as psychological quality.In view of the high risk situation,this paper further studies the corresponding risk management and control measures for the main influencing factors of human error.The results of case analysis show that the combination of G1 method and extension method effectively reduces the subjectivity of the evaluation process and improves the correctness of the evaluation results.This is consistent with the actual situation of human error caused by railway maintenance personnel.The maintenance department of the aircraft maintenance department accurately provides a reference for the key causes of human error and scientifically formulates risk management and control measures.It is also worthy of reference for the maintenance department of the relevant industry.
