Regenerative braking system is one of the important characteristics of the Hybrid Electric Vehicle,In the process of braking and deceleration,regenerative braking system can achieve part of the braking energy recycling,effectively reduce the energy consumption of the vehicle and increase vehicle mileage.At the same time,it can prolong the service life of vehicle brake lining.In order to maximize the braking energy,optimize the vehicle performance and improve the fuel economy of the vehicle,we need to design a reasonable control strategy of regenerative braking system.In this paper,we take the parallel hybrid electric vehicle as the research object,study the control strategy of regenerative braking system based on fuzzy control strategy,and establish the vehicle simulation model for the simulation analysis.The following aspects are studied:1.According to the requirements of vehicle braking safety,this paper analyzes the structure of the vehicle and hybrid electric vehicle braking system,adhesion,ECE regulations,motor and battery operating characteristics of the influence of the regenerative braking system to provide a theoretical basis for regenerative braking control strategy.2.This paper studies several classic working condition of cycles' braking intensity distribution law and the front and rear brake force distribution strategy,then,proposes a new regenerative braking control strategy based on fuzzy control strategy in order to ensure stable transition of electromechanical braking power and the driver's comfortable feeling of braking.3.According to the theory of vehicle longitudinal dynamics,we establishes a hybrid electric vehicle regenerative braking system model of the vehicle based on MATLAB/Simulink software.This provides a necessary simulation platform for contrastive analysis of parallel regenerative braking control strategy and improved parallel regenerative braking control strategy.4.Under conventional braking condition and typical urban driving cycles,we make a simulation analysis of the parallel regenerative braking control strategy and the improved parallel regenerative braking control strategy.The simulation results show that the improved parallel regenerative braking control strategy can effectively improve the efficiency of energy recovery.Through the study of this article,we proved that the parallel hybrid electric vehicle regenerative braking can effectively improve vehicle energy saving rate and ensure the safety of the vehicle.What's more,the Regenerative braking control system that designed in this paper is reasonable and effective.
