With the continuous development of the space industry,the ability of the space satellite operation is improved,the requirement of antenna pointing accuracy and searching ability become more important.However,Satellite antenna system is the free-floating,and its movement has strong uncertainty,so that the deployable structure(pointing mechanism)must have the strong flexibility and high precision.Nevertheless satellite antenna system possess nonlinear attribute such as dynamic errors,joint clearance,reflector flexibility and space environmental effects that is responsible for performance degradation and present special challenges to modeling and control.Because of the character of structural complexity,the particularity of working environment and interference factors,so the study on the antenna deployable structure mechanic performance and movement characteristic become one problem of the antenna performance test.Further,the study on antenna deployable structure is very important.it can make the satellite more security.At present,the study is only based on mathematical model and the simulation analysis of three dimensional model.So the test system is necessary for the antenna deployable structure.So that this thesis focuses on research of the test system of mechanical property and kinematic characteristic for antenna deployable structure,and particularly describe the working principle and design method,it provides powerful basis for performance testing of antenna deployable structure.The main researches of this paper are as follows:(1)The antenna deployable structure research status at home and abroad and the working environment characteristics are summarized.Then the structural composition of "The test system of mechanical property and kinematic characteristic for deployable structure of multidimensional truss antenna" is analyzed and designed in this paper.(2)To provide a weightlessness environment for antenna deployable structure,in this paper handing method is used to offset the gravity of component.So that it can meet the requirements of the zero gravity environment and cooperate with antenna parts to complete the movement posture.(3)The strength and stiffness of the important parts on the test system are checked and analyzed based on finite analysis software ANSYS.The simulation of force control precision and loading precision are analyzed in MATALAB.The dynamic simulation of antenna deployable structure is analyzed in ADAMS.(4)In this paper,it provides a stable high and low temperature environment for the test system,so that the test system is more precise.And the thesis analyzes the performance of test system in high and low temperature and gives some compensation measures.(5)Through the analysis of the working principle of the test system,the thesis has carried on the simple to controlling system design...
