Hollow turbine blades as the most important parts of the aircraft engine manufacturing technology has always been the hot issues in recent decades,traditional methods with the method of investment casting,complex,long production cycle,but the process is not suitable for small batch and new product research and development.This paper on the basis of the predecessors,combined with rapid prototyping technology and ceramic gel injection molding technology,adopt the method of core shell integration manufacture to manufacture blades,offers a new way for its manufacture,also a good supplement to traditional methods.In this paper,the research content as follows:(1)Hollow turbine blade,a integrated mould preparation,experiment is studied the related parameters of three dimensional printing rapid prototyping machine used;Rapid prototyping technology,and analyzes the model is put,slicing technology parameters in the process of rapid prototyping processing such as STL file error are analyzed,the error of the system equipment,such as using geomagic software to repair the STL files,and divided into a triangle mesh.(2)To explore the influence factors of ceramic slurry viscosity,the gel by grading technology of ceramic particles,the particle size of 40 um and 5um the ratio of two particles,studies the process of experiment and solid content,dispersing agent,PH value,and the influence of ball milling time on the viscosity,the laboratory scale,explores the removal method of bubbles in the ceramic slurry,the ceramic slurry curing solidification of the two factors of the amount of initiator and catalyst were studied.(3)Study the drying and sintering technology of ceramic element billet,drying process by the dry air and the combination of the constant temperature drying equipment,found a way to dry shrinkage rate is low,choosing the appropriate sintering process,determine the sintering time and sintering speed,and determine the burning temperature is 1450? the ceramic good performance,for the preparation of ceramic sample performance testing and microstructure analysis.
