Fused deposition rapid prototyping technology belongs to a form of rapid manufacturing, the molding technology is based on 3 d software modeling, using hierarchical slicing software, forming process。Fused deposition rapid prototyping technology in the industrial environment, civil environment, with wide application in military field, is mainly due to the molding equipment small, reliable, stable performance, etc。In the process of actual, fused deposition molding products can be directly through 3 d software for data conversion, generate entity modelling, but with the in-depth application of tensile compressive ability is poor, geometric size precision is poor, can’t satisfy the need of real life。In order to improve the geometric accuracy of the parts, can change the molding process parameters, improve operational performance, in this thesis, in turn, will affect the molding process parameters of narrative, through a large number of experiments, the conclusion is not tall as small as possible, the printing speed the sooner the better, the size of the grid to the appropriate scope, etc., these parameters will be made according to actual condition selection and optimization。In the paper, by using 3 d software Solidworks software and sliced Cura study of molten rapid prototyping technology, the choice is correct, has the important practical value.Paper reviews the research status both at home and abroad on the basis of the analysis and research of the system, analyzed the influence of rapid prototyping system of various process parameters on impact, and through the experimental analysis to reduce the size error. Experimental demonstration effect reduced steps, rapid prototyping manufacturing out of the five different height of the handle, and to measure the hardness and surface roughness, the stress of the five points. Set the Angle of different parts surface roughness is studied, conclusion is placed on the surface quality of the von berg systeme.
