| The construction of high-grade pavement in our country,especially asphalt pavement has obtained the rapid develop ment,but due to the affected by environmental factors,traffic load and time prolonged,the early construction of the asphalt pavement appeared in succession a series of diseases,the annual revision will produce a lot of waste asphalt pavement mixture.Improper handling of these wastes will not only cause a waste of limited resources,but also easy to cause environme ntal pollution,so the recycling technology of waste asphalt mixture is efficient path to solve a series of problems,however,the studying of asphalt recycling agent is the key to realize the recycling technology of waste asphalt mixture.A discussion of developments and improvements on asphalt pavement recycling technology is summed up.Meehanism of asphalt aging and recycling and technical requirements is analyzed.the changes of asphalt property and composition structure has been studied for the effect of aging time by RTFOT.O n this basis,for the phenomenon of decreasing of penetration and ductility and increasing of softening point and viscosity,organic montmorillonite modified asphalt,dioctyl phthalate(DOP)and mixed oil are selected to develop the organic montmorillonite /DOP asphalt recycling agent by orthogonal experimental method.The effects of the asphalt recycled agent content on the physical properties and rheological properties of recycled asphalt were analyzed,and the high and low temperature properties of recycled asphalt mixture were compared and verified.Results show that the complex regenerant can effectively restore the aging asphalt penetration and softening point,significantly improve the aging asphalt ductility and improve the low temperature properties and rheology. |
