With the acceleration of urbanization, urban traffic has stepped into rapid development, especially in the large and medium-sized cities, for example Beijing?Shanghai?Guangzhou?Shenzhen and Chengdu. The planning and construction of the subway network has been developed from the original single point and single line to the network structure. The subway with other transportation takes on the mission of urban residents, and gradually becomes the main force of urban transportation system. The subway station' construction changes the subway itself, even the whole urban traffic network structure. However, the traditional planers only focused on the city's influence factors ignoring the structural characteristics of the subway network. Therefore, from the subway network, based on the theory of complex network and the subway network in Chengdu, this paper analyzed the planning of subway station.First, this paper expounded subway station, station type, composition and structure. This paper presented the basic concepts of complex network theory compared the similarities and differences of common complex network topology models and proposed some statistical characteristics.Secondly, based on complex network theory and the actual subway lines in Chengdu, the paper constructed the Space L, Space P and line network models. By calculating the basic features of topology model and comparing, the paper obtained the subway network structure was the "shortest path and high class", which accorded with characteristics of the small world network.Thirdly, according to the basic statistical characteristics of complex network and the planning of the subway station, the paper constructed the model based on weight the least squares. The paper analyzed the actual characteristics of the site and the corresponding statistical indicators and obtained he reference values of the parameters in the model. Combining the factors such as node attraction strength and information flow between nodes, the paper can provide the basis for the evaluation of subway station planning. Finally, taking the Space L model of the subway network in Chengdu as an example. The paper compared the relative size of the largest subgraph and the change of network efficiency, tested the feasibility of the site planning model, and obtained some recommendations for the planning and construction of the subway station in Chengdu.
