The verification management of transformers initially was implemented mainly by the power supply companies at the county or city level. With the development of technology, relevant work is gradually and shall be wholly conducted by those at the provincial level, in order to realize centralized management including transformer bidding, procurement, inspection, delivery, etc. The macro-environment has been established for centralized purchase and batch verification of transformers. Here designed is a set of automatic verification system based on the low-voltage current transformer. It solves several technical difficulties such as the storage access, intelligent recognition sorting, automatic pick stitches, special transfer tooling, automatic discharge mechanism, mandrel guide mechanism and system interference shielding. It completes seamless connectivity to automatic warehouse system and achieves full automation, including the transmission of transformers, wiring, test, labeling, packing and warehousing operations.Unifying verification tasks issued by the metering integrated production scheduling platform, the system after receiving the verification task performs the corresponding operation. The system has the following advantages:(1) the automatic certification process has no need of staff on duty, avoiding artificial test security issues and reducing labor costs;(2) the system sets out strict verification standards, eliminating manual error checks and achieving fair and equitable energy metering process;(3) the system greatly enhances the verification efficiency, and the average daily verification volume is more than five times the amount compared with the original methods;(4) the developed three-dimensional simulation transformer verification monitoring and management software not only can real-time monitor working conditions of transformer verification system, but also can display and process the data on the PC side, realizing the informatization of the whole system. On the premise of guaranteeing safe running, this design sets standards and unifies the verification process, which will greatly increase the verification efficiency of transformers, optimize the allocation of resources in a larger scope, solve the problem of difference of verification caused by operating personnel and geographical factors, improve at a higher level the quality of verification, enhance work efficiency, and reduce labor costs. The system will achieve an integrated and standardized design for transformer storage, calibration, logistics and management. It is worthy of development, for it will lay the technical foundation for the national grid smart metering center. |
