At present,the verification of a calibrator is entirely dependent on manual operation.The task of verification is heavy and the final verification accuracy is not high based on the current verification technology.In this paper,transformer calibrator verification work to artificial,and improve the accuracy of digital calibration for the purpose of automatic testing system of transformer calibrator,through MATLAB simulation and practical application results of the practicality of the automatic verification system to verify the analysis,to improve the calibration accuracy.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the structure and working process of the automatic verification system to analyze the influencing factors of transformer calibrator accuracy,and the research of the effects of two factors on the verification accuracy of automatic calibration system theoretical analysis and MATLAB simulation.(2)On a dedicated automatic verification system of transformer calibrator programmable standard source system design using STM32 and FPGA technology,high stability and high precision to output signal,the output signal source through the standard test to prove the standard source output signal to meet the degree of stability is 0.02%,accuracy is 0.05%;in line with the characteristics of high stability and high precision.(3)The fundamental wave extraction algorithm based on extended calman filter(EKF algorithm)is studied in the automatic verification system of transformer calibrator,and the effect of fundamental component extraction of high stability and high precision signal standard source output signal is studied.The algorithm simulation and the example signal simulation test verify that the algorithm can extract the base wave component quickly and accurately for the output signal of the standard source system.(4)Adopting the two factors that affect the verification accuracy of transformer calibrator to improve the accuracy of calibration,and carry out the verification test of automatic calibrating system of transformer calibrator.The experimental data show that the maximum relative error of the calibration result is less than 0.05%,which is consistent with the error request of calibrator differential angle difference detection,and it can meet the accuracy of the 0.05 level detection system.
