Abstract/Summary:
With the development of consumers income and the demand for the quality of life, thecold chain logistics industry also has a rapid development. The main considerations of the Quick Freezing Device for Food are the efficiency and safety of the machines. The research of semi-hermetic compound two stage screw compressor with independent intellectual property,which will satisfy the safe, stable, and energy-saving running demand of the compressor, will exert great influence on engineering.This design first work out a method to product rack, then it project the Twin-screw Compressor rotor with the shape just like the letter N and the two sides are not symmetrical.Also,it design some structural parameters such as the gear ratio and the torsion angle. Then it make the thermodynamic calculation in the process of compressing according to the rotor parameters, which turn out to meet the demand of the design. It also combine the structural feature of the rotor to finish the design scheme and the overall layout of the compressor,accomplish the motor cooling method, energy regulation, oil circuit design and other important contents. Then it make out the size of the suction & discharging hole with the method of optimization. And, In this paper, the force of the rotor, the balance piston and the bearing life are calculated, then it check the rotor axle according to this calculation. With the static analysis, modal analysis and thermal structure coupling analysis, the finite element analysis of the structure of the compressor is carried out to make sure the design structure of the compressor is reasonable. Then performance test of the condensing unit using the compressor prototype is carried out, and the performance parameters of the screw compressor are derived from the measured parameters, such as refrigeration capacity & shaft power. The test results can support the design target, and compared with the performance of the product from other countries, we can conclude that this design of semi-hermetic compound two stage screw compressor has approached the advantaged level across the world.This study describe the design and calculation method of the semi-hermetic compound two stage screw compressor, and apply some new thoughts and methods to the actual engineering, which turn out to be well, and will Provide reference for the future development of new compressor products.
