Along with the development of the economy,rising energy demand and the increasingly serious environmental problems are not only the two major challenges facing the world today,but also the difficulties which sustainable development of the automobile industry are necessary to overcome.Therefore,humanity has been looking for a sustainable clean energy.As a kind of clean and renewable energy,hydrogen energy has received more and more attention.Fuel cell is a device to transform the fuel's chemical energy directly into electrical energy through electrochemical reaction,without use of mechanical movement and only the proton and electron's micro-mobility between proton exchange membrane,and conversion efficiency is high.Application of fuel cell on the vehicle can greatly reduce vehicle's emissions,especially without sulfur and nitrogen oxide emissions.At present,several kinds of fuel cell vehicles have come out in the world,but these fuel cell vehicles are all cars and buses,and they have only one power source.The research object of this paper that the fuel cell-battery hybrid ground vehicle is a kind of ground vehicle driven by fuel cell and lead-acid battery.The research content is divided into the following sections:(1)The background of the subject,significance and the development status of hybrid control strategy and existing problems was introduced;(2)The vehicle parameters and performance indicators was determined,and the corresponding motor,battery,fuel cell power system components were chose by calculating the vehicle power demand;(3)The vehicle module based on ADVISOR software for secondary development,one of the driving cycles module,mainly for four commonobjectives driving cycles,and compared the key data condition before and after the modification;(4)the control method of fuel cell vehicle model in ADVISOR was analyzed,and the defects and will cause the consequences of the control strategy was point out,Then modified the control model in view of the defects: mainly for the battery protection module and the fuel cell power limit module,through the parameter analysis,improvement strategies was identified,and modified the corresponding model in simulink.then the modified model was added to the top floor of the vehicle model,and for the ADVISOR to identify the top of the modified model,a series of necessary operations were proceed,and finally,the simulation models of the secondary development was operated and analyzed;(5)The control strategy verification module was set up,and according to the list of special situation and general multiple sets of data,grouping input verification module,then compared run results with theoretical calculation results;(6)used code automatically generated module(RTW)of Simulink translate optimized control strategy model into C code which the hardware can identify,then using the code integrated software ?vision to integrate the code and achieve communication with the hardware,then utilize burning software FlyMcu to burn the code into the selected single-chip microcomputer,and through a serial port communication tools sscom33 input data,verify the code's running situation in the hardware,finally,connect the single chip microcomputer to open circuit,through two light bulb bright or out to display its control effect on circuit.Through the simulation analysis and experimental research,the following results were got: the simulation model and driving cycles of the secondary development all can run normally;the optimized control model can achieve the desired situation and make a control strategy is more reasonable;the C code of control strategy which was automatically generated can be identify and run.
