Research On The Design Of Application Of Container In The Tourism Hostel

With the social progress and economic development,people’s living standards and quality of life continue to improve.Rural tourism,eco-tourism and other related concepts gradually join people’s lives and have a rapidly development,which lead to the higher requirements of the local tourist accommodation and other infrastructure Construction both in "quality" and "quantity".Under this context,the tourist bed and breakfast came into being.China’s eastern coastal areas have nearly 30 years of history of the development of tourist attractions,and gradually developed to the inland rural areas.On the one hand it solve the hot tourist areas lack of accommodation,on the other hand diversification and characteristics of the local customs will attract more travel enthusiasts and promote the development of local tourism economy.The development of tourist accommodation is of great significance in promoting ecotourism,which can make the local customs and culture be inherited and carried forward.Besides,it will creat more employment opportunities for the countryside and raises the level of local economic development.However,with the gradual increase in the number of rural tourism population and the vigorous development of tourism industry and the construction of the hotel facilities,the consumption of resources has gradually increased.As a result,the local landscape environment has been serious polluted and damaged,which put forward a new perspective and opportunity for the solution to this problem — the container construction system.Container building is a new building system,with standardization,green,short construction period,less construction waste and other characteristics,and has a huge market potential.Because of its resistance to wind and rain,high stability of the basic performance,the container construction not only become a temporary building program of choice for materials,but also can become a unique permanent or semi-permanent building under scientific transformation and design.Based on the analysis of the background of the development of tourist B&B,this paper collects a large number of practical cases and research results related to tourism and guest houses,and points out the problems existing in the development of domestic tourism and B&B industry,besides it introduces the idea of container regeneration and makes a summary and induction about its main features and advantages,for which making the use of containers in the tourist bed and breakfast to improve or solve the current problems encountered in the development of the hotel.At the same time,the author makes a research on the tourist patrons and a large number of related problems,which lay the foundation for the practical application of the container in the hotel.The paper is divided into the following parts: First,the analysis of the development of tourism and residential buildings and container background,which determines the purpose of this paper and research methods,etc.;Second,under the analysis of domestic and international tourism development status,put forward the existing problems;Third,put forward the concept of container regeneration,and analysis of its application to the advantages of building renovation,what’s more discuss its use to the design of the tourist bed and breakfast;Fourth,design and definite the interior space,shape and style of container,put forward the transformation strategy and the method;Fifth,the analysis of the performance of container construction,and put forward the overall performance design program;Sixth,put forward the concept of sustainable environmental protection and a reasonable implementation plan;seventh,show the use and results of the container transformation in the actual bed and breakfast project.The paper breaks through the construction of the traditional residential buildings,introduces the design concept of the container building in the new angle,puts forward the reform plan of the container in the residential building design,and solves the bottleneck of the development of the domestic tourism and guest industry.
