| The industrial revolution promoted the development of the city,however,it brought the correlative urban environmental problems.At the same time,human started to realize the panic of being divorced from nature,so that pay more attention to the living environment around them,and the planning of urban green space system was arisen under this background.As the planning and layout of the urban construction land are preferentially considered by the traditional urban planning method,and the continuity and integrality of the green land were ignored on the basis of green space system planning,which caused serious damage to the ecological environment of the city,could not meet the human strong desire of returning to nature.Facing the ecological environment problems that caused by the rapid development of the city and the defects of the traditional urban planning methods,professor Yu Kongjian of Peking University proposed the “anti-planning” scheme.This approach puts the consideration and planning of the non-construction land of the city in the first place,and establish the regional landscape ecological pattern which headed by ecological infrastructure planning on this basis of playing other urban construction land planning.This method fully considers the continuity and integrity of the natural ecosystems,and minimize the interference of human activities,to maintain the stability of the regional ecological system,make the urban and natural develop harmoniously.Therefore,the paper studies the urban green space system with the method of “anti planning”,from the point of view with urban planning,landscape planning and urban ecology,hope to build a scientific and feasible evaluation system of urban green space system,giving full play to the functional benefits of green space,so that it can be long-term development.This is the practical significance of the paper.First of all,the paper systematically expounds the related concepts of “anti planning”method,urban green space system and its evaluation system,analyzes and summarizes the relevant theories and research achievements of urban green space system evaluation system from the domestic and overseas.At the same time,the functional benefits and planning principles of urban green space system were sorted out,and summarizes the main problems of the domestic green space system evaluation system.Based on the analysis of urban green space and planning and layout,the three directions of the evaluation system are determined.In addition,the core concept of the paper,on the basis of understanding the basicideas and principles of urban green space system evaluation system,the study combined with the requirements of the "anti planning" method,from three aspects of quantitative indicators,ecological patterns and ecological function of urban green space system,scientific and comprehensive selection of 18 evaluation indicators with quantitative and qualitative methods which have strong pertinence and representative,and determine the value of each grading standards,hope to establish a set of operable,scientific and reasonable evaluation system.At last,taking the planning of green space system in Wanli district of Nanchang as an example,then the green space system planning was analyzed and evaluated by using the constructed evaluation system.The results indicated that the planning of the green space system in Wanli district has reached Grade II grade standard,and put forward 7point optimization suggestions for the existing problems,hope to provide some reference for the management of the planning work and the coming planning and construction. |
