| With the rapid expansion of demand for heavy trucks,heavy truck market competition is becoming increasingly fierce,personalized car demand is getting higher and higher.Manufacturing level of the key components,production capacity and the rapid upgrading of products has become the key factors of enterprise competition.Flexible manufacturing technology has become the pursuit of the concept of auto parts manufacturing industry,"fast" "integration" and "intelligent" manufacturing equipment and systems have become the development trend of enterprises.Steering knuckle is the key part of automobile steering bridge.With the diversification of the market and its unpredictable,the variety of products and the proportion of the product are unstable.In view of this,combined with my work as well as the company’s investment plans,in order to improve the flexibility of steering knuckle,the following research work has been carried out:Based on the intensive study of the structure characteristics and typical machining process of the steering knuckle,a new process route has been determined by means of the flexible and simplified the manufacturing process of the steering knuckle and through the introduction of flexible manufacturing technology based on the concept of integrated processing,composite processing and other new technologies.The new process flow and production layout have been developed in order to achieve the purpose of high efficiency,high quality and flexible operation.The flexibility of the steering knuckle manufacturing process has been realized.The application of integrated machining and compound machining technology(turning milling center)in manufacturing of steering knuckle has been studied based on the intelligent control equipment,integration,precision,high-speed,digital and other functions.The multi-factor regression orthogonal test method was used to carry out the cutting test,and the calculation model of the cutting force of the milling machine was established.The influence of cutting parameters and blade radius on surface roughnessof the steering knuckle was studied by multi-factor method.The calculation model of surface roughness was established and this model has been verified by testing.The machining process replaced grinding by turning and could make the surface of the part to obtain good processing quality.The flexible manufacturing line is established,which is based on machining center and milling center.The flexibility of the steering knuckle processing equipment has been realized.Based on the new tool technologies such as composite tools,profiled cutter and tool breakage detection technology which have the characteristics of high efficiency,high precision and high flexibility,the application of these new tools and tools management have been studied and realized the on-line breakage monitoring of cutting tool.In order to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of the production line,the method to realize the processing of parts by simple replacement of the original fixture has been studied.The flexibility of tools and fixture has been realized.Finally,the characteristics of the new processing technology and traditional technology are compared and analyzed.Compared with the traditional technology,the new processing technology has the characteristics of novel scheme,high automation degree of processing flow,stable product quality and these characteristics greatly improved the engineering assurance capabilities. |
