With the current rapid development of the field of civil aviation, each airline fleet size expanded rapidly. Airlines need to quickly produce more mature aircraft maintenance personnel to meet the normal operation of the flight. General aviation maintenance process including testing, troubleshooting, disassembly, the last operation is the most important element. The quality of the maintenance was greatly improved by the reasonable disassembly methods, skilled maintenance efficiency disassembly operation. So efficient disassembly method is the key factor in the development of aviation maintenance. A major problem, in the disassembly process, is the different constituent parts have different character, many kinds of tools and supplies needed in the process. There is no uniform model of expression. Aiming at this problem method based on Petri nets is proposed to model aircraft components disassembly process. Details are as follows:Firstly, this paper analyze the AMM(Aircraft Maintenance Manual), TSM(Trouble Shooting Manual), ASM(Aircraft Schematic Manual) and other official service manual. The disassembly object attributes and disassembly tool classified based on the characteristics of aircraft maintenance tasks.Secondly, this paper express the relationship between the parts which components disassembly process cumbersome and constraint relationships complicated in the way of graphics matrix. The complex logic between multiple parts disassembly expressed in simple mathematical way.Thirdly, this paper compare to a variety of process modeling tools, Petri nets has great advantages in the process of modeling aircraft component maintenance disassembly. Element of Petri nets correspond to a disassembly process model components in modeling process. Focus on the analysis from two perspectives: On the one hand, a complete disassembly processes established by Petri nets, the external resources as a meta model associate with each disassembling steps to express. On the other hand, external resources integrate into the model to analyze a single step occupied by the library and release process. Finally, 7QU fuel valve disassembly process as a typical simulation model to verify the correctness of the model.
