| With the current development of the field of civil aviation,each airline fleet size expanded rapidly.Airlines need to quickly produce more mature aircraft maintenance personnel to meet the normal operation of the flight.General aviation maintenance process includes testing,troubleshooting,and disassembly,with the last operation as the most important element.The quality and efficiency of the maintenance can be greatly improved by the reasonable disassembly methods and skilled maintenance operation.So efficient disassembly method is the key factor in the development of aviation maintenance.A major problem in the disassembly process is that different constituent parts have different character,and many kinds of tools and supplies are needed in the process.There is no uniform model of expression in this process.Aiming at this problem,method based on Petri net is proposed to model aircraft components disassembly process.Detailed works are:Firstly,this paper analyzes the ASM(Aircraft Schematic Manual),TSM(Trouble Shooting Manual),AMM(Aircraft Maintenance Manual)and other official service manuals.The disassembly object and disassembly tools are classified based on the characteristics of aircraft maintenance tasks.Secondly,the Petri net is introduced briefly in the chapter.Thirdly,considering that the disassembly process is cumbersome and constraint relationships between different parts are complicated,this paper expresses the relationship between the parts using graphics matrix.The complex logic between multiple parts is expressed in a simple mathematical way.Fourthly,elements of Petri net are mapped to a disassembly process,and a disassembly process model can be established,giving rise to a unified modelling method.We focus on the analysis of a complete disassembly processes modelled by Petri net,showing that Petri net has great advantages in the process of modeling aircraft component maintenance disassembly. |
