One of the most important factors which cause the domestic flight delay is the failure scheduling of the vehicles,persons and resources.At the same time,the core part of the airport ground service scheduling is the real-time scheduling of Airport special vehicles.At present,most of the civil aviation airports in China still rely on the manual dispatching method of the walkie talkie,or the basis of the simple operation research method.In this way,the information between departments can't be transmitted in time.As a result,it may cause a waste of flight service resources and high costs.In addition,the ground service scheduling can't achieve the best condition in a timely manner.Based on the analysis of the domestic and international research results of the special vehicle scheduling problem,this paper extracted the special vehicle scheduling of ground services and learn it with Petri network.That makes the business processes and vehicle scheduling order more clear.The architecture based on MAS is established considering MAS's good interaction and the ability to solve complex problems.For MAS on the packaging of real-time scheduling algorithm,the construction is based on the planning time window vehicle scheduling algorithm.In the planning time window,the specific time of the vehicle scheduling model is designed,referencing to the actual constraints and objective functions,to plan travel path for the special vehicles.By limiting the number of flights to a single service,the balance of service tasks is achieved.By combining the MAS model with the real-time scheduling algorithm,a domestic airport data is used to verify the path planning results of the new scheme.By comparing the experimental results with the results of manual scheduling,the MAS model is realized,and the superiority of the proposed algorithm is verified.
