With the rapid development of the information technology of powersystem, each professional department of power supply company establishedmore and more application software and system, and also stored more andmore data. However, we found that it is difficult to obtain the integrated anduseful information, and will appear the problem of duplicated data,inconsistent data, and lack of data in the process of making report form. Itseriously affects the efficiency. Integrated data platform system is aneffective way to solve these problems. This paper is the summary of theresearch work during the graduated student learning. The key results asfollows:(1) It achieves the overall technical design of the integrated dataplatform report form system. Combined with industry-leading businessintelligence software—COGNOS intelligence tools, followed J2EEmulti-tier B/S standard architecture. It achieve the OTLP integrated reportform manufacture function and OLAP intelligent data analysis functionaccording to user requirements.(2) It proposes the integrated data platform report form systemarchitecture. That is, through the integrated data platform, we can laterallyobtain each system data of EMS, TMR, fault, OMS, DPMS andincorporated into the network assessment in security I、II、III、IV area.Though the data up report system, we can longitudinal obtain the uo data ofprovince dispatching, local dispatching, county dispatching and power plant.Data will be stored in the al design of the integrated data platform.(3)Combined with the theme of COGNOS model to establish data relationships, the paper achieves model solutions for data characteristics ofthe electric power industry. It use COGNOS-CIM model based on thestandardized data of integrated data platform. The system integrates eachsystem and application data through the uniform coding, and integrates eachapplication and system data model through the CIM model.(4) Each functional modules and practical application of the integrateddata platform report form system are described in detail. Field applicationresults show that it effectively improves the office automation level withinthe power supply company and subsidiary units. It greatly reducesmanagement costs, improves working efficiency, and improves the ability topower management, control and dispatching within the power supplycompany and subsidiary units.Finally, it has a summary of the full-text, and point out that furtherimprovements.
