With the increasing domestic electricity load,improve the power supply reliability of the power system is imminent.Line inspection work is the most common and important task in the power industry.At present,the domestic and foreign power industry conducted a wide range of research on the use of unmanned aerial vehicles(UVA)equipped with infrared equipment for line inspection.For the problem of UVA infrared detection of power lines,this paper mainly studies the following:First of all,introduced the development of domestic and foreign which applies the UVA and infrared technology to line inspection,clarified the research value of UAV infrared inspection,and outlined the technical difficulties that exist.Secondly,for technical difficulties during the UAV infrared line inspection to get aerial images,this paper use the image processing algorithms for image processing,mainly includes those works: graying,denoising,image enhancement,edge detection.Proposed an improved median filtering algorithm based on adaptive,by detecting the signal-to-noise ratio in the filtering form,changing the size of the filter template,which solves the problem of the loss of detail caused by the traditional denoising algorithm.Used histogram equalization algorithm for image enhancement,made full use of 0-255 gray levels,and solved the problem of low contrast infrared image.Using four kinds of edge detection operators to identify different equipment,compared to the experimental results,summed up part of the operator types suitable for electrical equipment and line inspection occasions.Finally,the common types of faults in power line equipment and the corresponding diagnostic basis are introduced,and several commonly used diagnostic methods were described.Using the images after image processing,through the mapping relationship between temperature and color in the color bar to get the heating conditionof the electrical equipment in the line,making a preliminary decision on the health status of the equipment operation,it can provide scientific and effective reference basis for electric power staff,verified the feasibility of UAV infrared inspection method.
