Along with the increasing market demands for smart wearable devices,its battery life should be further improved.Lithium battery is superior than Nickel-metal hydride button battery in terms of the battery life.As its quantity demand is on the rise,there is also a higher requirement for the production efficiency and quality.The heteromorphic lithium battery requires electrode coating,electrode stamping,pole piece sealing,pole piece stacking,injection of electrolyte and battery formation in its production process.Among all these steps,pole piece bag-making is of the most importance,whose quality is vital to the volume and calorific value of lithium battery.On the basis of studying the design criteria proposed by a company of Huizhou and investigating the operating principles and action characteristics of the pole piece bag-making machine of heteromorphic lithium battery from China and foreign countries,this paper suggests to improve on the basis of the traditional bag-making machines and applying PLC as the constrol system to study the constant tension control of pole piece bag-making machine of heteromorphic lithium battery and probe into the model machine in accordance with the fuzzy-PID control theory while designing the mechanisms of pole piece feeding and secondary positioning of pole piece.With respect to mechanical design,it is important to improve the delivery mechanism of pole piece,design the secondary positioning mechanism and the configuration mode of diaphragm transfer roller and offer 3D modeling to the equipment through solidworks.In terms of control system,PLC is employed as the main control of pneumatic circuit and servo of electric motor circuit.The A/D applied to transform the extension module and read the signals of tension sensor for close-cycle control.This paper also offers a research into the control of constant tension control of bag-making machine of heteromorphic lithium battery through the simulink simulation components of MATLAB.While establishing the mechanical model,this paper also offers a simulation of the constant tension control in conformity with the design criteria.The simulation data are subjected to the tabulation of fuzzy control so as to achieve the table look-up in PLC and constant control tension of fuzzy PID.At last,the sample machine is subjected to debugging so as to achieve the development of pole piece bag-making machine of heteromorphic lithium battery of PLC-centered controller,thus resolving the low productivity and low qualification rate of pole piece bag-making of lithium battery.The sound human-computer interface has simplified the operation of equipment personnel,reduced labor costs in small and medium-sized lithium battery enterprises and enhanced market competitiveness.
