With the ceaseless expansion of lithium battery application market,the requirement against the storage of lithium battery and the uniformity of the battery cell is getting higher and higher.Through the analysis of lithium battery structure and production process,this paper obtained that it can effectively improve the compaction density and the consistency of lithium battery by the use of electromagnetic heating roller rolling equipment to roll the battery pole piece.Therefore,to improve the manufacturing process of the pole piece and to improve the production quality of pole pieces,the research group developed the mechanical structure and control system of electromagnetic heating roller rolling equipment,partnering with a roll company in Xingtai.In this paper,an electromagnetic heat roller embedded control system based on STM32F407ZGT6 single chip microcomputer is designed to solve the problem that the control equipment of electromagnetic heating roller rolling equipment has high cost,fuzzy control parameters and single function.For this purpose,the main work of this paper is:1.The rolling process of the electromagnetic heat roller rolling equipment was analyzed,and the design scheme of the overall embedded control system was designed based on STM32F407ZGT6.On the basis of the original single heating control,we increase the rolling control.According to the different function of the process,the electromagnetic heating roller rolling system is divided into heating system and rolling system.And through its analysis,respectively,we determine the controlled objects and control indicators of the system,and we propose the function requirements of control system.we choose STM32F407ZGT6 as the controller and design overall control program.2.On the basis of analyzing the heating process of the electromagnetic heating roller,to solve the problem of fuzzy control parameters in the original control system,we analyze the heating principles of the electromagnetic heating roller,research the relevant theory of electromagnetic heating,make use of COMSOL software to simulate the heating process of the electromagnetic heating roller,and determine the size of the control parameters corresponding to the target temperature,that is,the power and frequency range of heating electric power induced by the controlled object.3.According to the simulation results,we select the induction power supply and adopt modular design method to design hardware circuit.By analyzing the control mode of the controlled object and the proposed overall design scheme,the STM32F407ZGT6 as the base,we design hardware circuit of the control system;and according to the principle of easy to wire,easy to install,easy to replace,we use the smallest system independent and the way connected up and down to design the structure of control system hardware circuit board.4.On the basis of the design of the hardware circuit,we design control system software.Cooperated with the development environment of STM32F407ZGT6 and the function of the single chip microcomputer corresponding to each module,we conduct program development of the lower layer and then design the upper control system combined with the technical process of the system.5.The hardware circuit and the main functional modules are experimentally debugged to verify the reliability and functionality of the electromagnetic heating roller embedded control system designed in this paper,which establish the foundation for the future application of the electromagnetic heating roller rolling equipment in the pole piece manufacturing.
