The application of 3D printing technology in manufacturing industry is very promising but used not widely. When introducing it into manufacturing, we can make workpiece without mold, more personalized, more quickly, Making the way to Internet plus is more smooth.Relying on its many advantages, lithium ion battery has become a very important green battery. The production of it still via conventional methods. Using flexible lithium ion battery in wearable device market has a stupendous development potential and visible prospect. Combing 3D printing technology with the manufacture of both LIB and flexible LIB is the focus of this paper.In this paper, by modifying the source code of the control software of 3D printing machine, the print machine can keep trace of print process with real time journal, can interrupt its work after finishing the slice being printed when the printer press the Esc button.In this paper, using the comparatively mature active materials but different proportion of them. Producing the pole piece of the battery through 3D print machine and then assem it with other materials into simulated battery.and then research into their electrochemical properties.In this paper, the author also print the pole piece of both the cathode and the anode, then assem the pieces into a full battery with plastic and silicone glue. Then analysis the result of its electrochemical properties. Repeating this process after 20 times and 40 times fatigue test.It is a chanllenging and significant attempt to apply 3D printing technology to flexible lithiumion battery manufacturing process.Making some basic exploration of the fusion between flexible battery manufacturing technology and 3D printing technology. Preliminary validation of this new way to make battery has a satisfactory performance under the existing conditions.Its scientific research value is very promising.
