Manufacturing system reliability is an important basis to ensure and improve product quality and reliability.Generally,product is the output of the manufacturing process,and the reliability of the product is formed in the manufacturing process.So high reliability products are generally considered to be the common outputs of high quality processes and highly reliable manufacturing systems.Therefore,the optimizing analysis of the key factors that affect the performance of the manufacturing system is an important way to ensure the reliability of the product.As is known,a large amount of information have been generated in the manufacturing process.While the reliability analysis of manufacturing system tends to be more likely to use the running fault data for system performance diagnostics,which ignores the correlation between information,resulting in a waste of information.Therefore,based on the correlation of information,this paper built the reliability model of manufacturing system from the reliability assurance of product manufacturing process,which assists to make maintenance decision and improves product reliability.The main research work of this paper are as follows:(1)The traditional research on product reliability is mainly focused on the reliability design,usage,etc.While there is little systematic research on reliability assurance technology of manufacturing process.Therefore,this paper extends the QR chain from a manufacturing perspective,based on identifying the complex quality and reliability information in the manufacturing process.And then the relationship between product quality and system reliability is analyzed,which lays the foundation for subsequent research.(2)The common system reliability analysis method is usually based on the running fault data.But in the actual industrial production,the shutdown of the manufacturing system is not only due to the failure of the system components,but also to the nonconforming product produced by the degraded system.However,most researches about quality and reliability are separately because of the difficulty of quantifying the relationship between them,so the analysis of the reliability of the manufacturing system seldom takes into account the influence of the product quality as well as weakening the impact of performance degradation.In this paper,the quality factors are included to evaluate the system reliability by effectively integrating related product quality information and system reliability information through quantifying the impact of quality factors and enhancing the performance degradation analysis.(3)Finally,the method was verified by the case of FFZD4005 ball screw manufacturing.Through the determination of key product characteristics,the system reliability model is built.So the conclusion was drawn by the attenuation rule of system reliability varies with the production cycle that system reliability was overestimated regardless of the interaction between quality and reliability.In this paper,a method suitable for manufacturing system reliability analysis was proposed.The research results show that this method has a better application effect,which provides some ideas for the research of reliability assurance technology in manufacturing process.
