The Manufacturing Execution System For Cloud Manufacturing Services

In order to promote the application of cloud manufacturing service mode in manufacturing industry and the business transformation of enterprises from traditional production manufacturing to service-oriented manufacturing,a new manufacturing execution system known as Cloud Manufacturing Execution System(Cloud MES)is proposed in this paper to comply with the current development direction of manufacturing execution system.Based on the domestic and foreign research results,the system framework,function,operation mode and key technology of CloudMES are studied in detail as follows.First of all,by analyzing the enterprise service oriented manufacturing process management requirements,a general implementation method is put forward in this paper,including the construction of system framework,the system function structure,as well as the operation mode of CloudMES.Secondly,based on the proposed framework,the key technologies are studied in detail,including the optimal configuration of sensor network and the intelligent perception of manufacturing resources and operation information in shop floor;a method for packaging workshop equipment resource based on WSRF according to the characteristics and standardized description requirements of workshop equipment;a dynamic scheduling method based on adaptive genetic algorithm for multi workshop resources;a resource optimization model and its solving algorithm is constructed,as well as the reconfiguration of the virtual workshop manufacturing resources based on the workshop production task decomposition in cloud manufacturing environment.Finally,CloudMES is designed and developed in this paper.The above analyses are illustrated in practical application and the result shows a great efficiency and practical feasibility of the proposed system.
