Electromagnetic induction heating has many good qualities, such as high speed heating, inner heating and high efficiency, uniform and selective heating. The products have good qualities. Electromagnetic induction heating also has the characters of easy to be automatization of control, so it is developing at a high speed in recent years.Through the analyzes of electromagnetic system of a axial symmetry by the method of electromagnetic vector potential, an eddy current field math model is build by triangle cell, this article has researched the effect of power frequency to eddy current density, penetration depth and the skin effect.Induction heater is the main part of the electromagnetic induction heating, it determines the heating efficiency and power distribution. This article designs and analyzes the induction heater and magnetic flux field concentrator. The structure of magnetic flux field concentrator directly determined the heating efficiency of the induction heating system. Analysis and verify the effective of the concentrator, and set the size by the character of material.Using the Configuration System provided by OPERA-2d, set up a cylindraceous induction heater User System model, and we can easily design induction heater by using it. At last we designed a induction heater for a heating problem, and verified the effectiveness of the conclusion.
