| The sustainable development of human beings is threatened by the increasing of energy consumption and environmental pollution in today’s world.Now China is making great efforts to promote energy conservation and environmental protection, the eliminated speed of outdated high energy consumption and high pollution industry are increased, more over,the research and application of energy saving technologies are encouraged at the same time.Electromagnetic induction heating technology as a new energy-saving and environment-friendly heating technology is studied in the subject which is in line with the development concept in China and has important practical significance to our country’s energy conservation,emissions reduction and environmental purification.According to the thesis topic-design and implement on the control circuit of electromagnetic induction heating, the developing process and the working principle of induction heating technology are given in the paper,then the working process of voltage resonant inverter circuit is analyzed and deduced,finally a rated power of 2KW electromagnetic induction heating system is designed on this condition. Many unit circuits are designed in the system, such as the main operating circuit,IGBT driving circuit,Low-Voltage DC power supply circuit, generating circuit of power PWM wave,load detected circuit and various protecting circuits, etc. The work process and the role of every unit circuit are described, in addition,some design ideas of unit circuit and calculation process are given in detail.Many functions of the system are designed,such as Multi-gear power output,timer reservation function,load detection and automatic alarm when the system is abnormal.More over,all the functions can be showed in Chinese words on the LCD.When the hardware circuit deign work is over, each unit circuit is debugged to meet the requirement of system design and then the PCB design of the whole hardware circuit is done.After finished the above system,the neotype Multiple Induction Heaters or called free induction Heaters are studied.Many formulas are derived along with the detail analysis about the working process of the new resonant circuit and A set of resonance parameters for 500 W output power were designed. The parameters are simulated through the circuit simulation software OrCAD and the results are ideal.So,the process of analysis and deduction as well as the thought of parameterdesign have a certain guiding significance to develop the resonant inverter circuit of new free induction heaters.Finally, the output power and functions of the system are debugged and tested and the desired purpose are achieved.The whole system is safe and reliable and can be stable operated. |
