In the remanufacturing process of construction machinery,the information of the failure mode of a hydraulic component like hydraulic hydro-cylinder,pump or motor is associated with its host information,component information,feedback failure information,etc.As time goes,more and more relevant information has been collected,and it becomes more and more complicated to manage it.However,the inefficient manual management process system of the traditional mechanical industry has no longer been able to meet the needs of modern enterprises.Therefore,in order to be engaged more timely and efficiently in the management and analysis of the failure information of hydraulic components,this paper designs and establishes the information management platform for the failure modes of hydraulic components of construction machinery by referring to the information management of modern enterprises based on their actual demands.It scientifically and intelligently conducts efficient management of the failure information of hydraulic components.Firstly,this paper analyzes the current situation at home and abroad of the failure mode information of hydraulic components in the remanufacturing process of construction machinery,and it analyzes the construction goals and requirements from the construction demands on the platform,and then carries out an overall planning for the functions of the platform by specifying the requirements on each functional module.In doing so,it clarifies all the management data information in relation to the platform and elaborates on the database design of information storage,which offers basic guidance to the construction of the platform.Secondly,it systematically analyzes related technologies of development of the platform such as Visual C#,ijchart.js and Microsoft SQL Server 2008,and establishes the failure mode standard library based on the parameter and failure information of components,and describes its design and application in the platform,which provides theoretical and technical support for the platform design and implementation.Thirdly,it designs in detail the system model of the information management platform based on the construction demands on the platform and its analytical results.It also describes the design ideas and procedures of the specific functions of modules on the platform as well as the relationships among them.It also explores and discusses the concrete realization methods of its key functions,which altogether provide technical means for the construction of the information management platform.Finally,based on the construction requirements and detailed design as well as B / S development mode and Asp.Net framework,it completes the development of the information management platform through the data storage of the Microsoft SQL Server 2008 database,using Visual C# as the development language.
