In the 21 st century,with the rapid development of science and technology,the hydraulic system,which has the advantages of large power quality ratio,sensitive action,flexible layout,smooth movement,the simple implementation process of automatic control and overload protection,long service life,is widely used in modern manufacturing,heavy machinery equipment,aerospace and other fields.Its application in the large electromechanical equipment,which mainly complete the implementation of the organization's scheduled actions and functions,walking agencies and driving and other functions,is the prerequisite for the successful completion of the designed functions and plays a vital role in operation process.The experience of maintenance and utilization shows that the development of the basic data information management system of hydraulic components plays an important role in supporting the management and operation of the hydraulic equipment for the Use management and after sales maintenance of the electromechanical equipment.In this paper,In the light of the characteristics of multi-level and complex structure of hydraulic component data in hydraulic system design and maintenance,the technology of several popular websites is deeply researched firstly.And then several mainstream databases are analyzed and compared each other.Finally,the SQL Server 2005 is chosen for database on the basis of the characteristics of hydraulic professional website and functional requirements.Concretely,the development infrastructure is Microsoft.NET Framework 4.0 based on the B / S architecture,and the configuration development is carried out on the SCP intelligent cloud platform with the development languages of C#,SQL,JavaScript and html,and the web service middleware version is Internet Information Services 6.0(IIS6.0)or above.So the users can easily manipulate the database and select the appropriate hydraulic components according to the maintenance of hydraulic information which has been recorded.AS a result,the shortcoming of complex and counter-intuitive components selection is improved effectively with the shorter selection time and the query cycle in this system.It is important to realize the rapid,safe and reliable design and replacement of hydraulic system.All in all,a comprehensive platform of information management system of hydraulic components is provided in this system for designers and Industry insider,which makes full use of cyber source,save time,improve efficiency in the design process.Besides,with the timely messaging function in the system,the online users can communicate and send files in real-time.Therefore,Business communication and business collaboration between online users become more convenient.
