After the macro-promotion during the 12 th Five-Year Plan period,the vigorous development during the 13 th Five-Year Plan period and the Guiding Opinions for the Further Development of Assembled Buildings promulgated by the State Council,it is not difficult to see that after the decision of the State Council to vigorously develop the assembled buildings,the assembled buildings entered a favorable stage of policy,and the assembled buildings ushered in a situation of policy explosion.With the rapid development of assembly building,Precast Concrete(PC component)has been widely used,and precast component factory has also risen and flourished.PC component production technology has been studied for many years,and the technology theory tends to be mature.Production management also needs to keep pace with the times.Among them,information management is a necessary condition for the development of enterprises,which can help enterprises reduce costs and increase efficiency,and enhance core competitiveness.However,the reality is that most of the current prefabricated component factories are small and medium-sized production enterprises.Because of their small scale and insufficient funds,the management system is not perfect or even missing,and the backward management will eventually make them lose their advantages in the fierce market competition,unable to stand on.Therefore,prefabricated component factories need a set of suitable and modern information management system,which integrates production,material,management,finished product inventory,service and other functions,and combines modern Internet of Things technology to manage the whole life cycle of PC components,to provide data support for leadership decision-making,and to provide effective tools for first-line management.Although there are mature management systems(such as ERP)in the market,the template management system with strong versatility is not entirely suitable for the management needs of many prefabricated component factories at present.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the information management system suitable for prefabricated component factories for the benign and long-term development of enterprises.The system described in this paper is based on a component factory with high market acceptance,standard management but insufficient information level as the main body of demand research,combing the core business process of component factory,designing functional modules,and using the concept of "three-tier architecture" of software engineering,using B/S architecture,using.NET development framework,combining with RFID Internet of Things technology,developing a set of suitable coagulation.The factory management system of the earth prefabricated component factory.The main functions of the system include six modules: sales management,production management,material management,finished product warehouse management,RFID management and platform management.Combining with the actual research content,the system blockades the management risk points to reduce costs and improve efficiency for prefabricated component plants.In the process of writing the paper,we attach great importance to the close combination of theory and practice,and pay attention to the latest development of assembly industry and prefabricated component factory,so as to ensure that the management system keeps pace with the times and constantly improves.
