The two-tooth difference Swing-rod Movable Tooth transmission is a kind of the Movable Tooth transmission.It inherits the merits of the Single shock of the Movable Tooth transmission,such as large bearing capacity,high transmission efficiency,compact structure and broad transmission ratio range.And for geometric structure of double shock without additional inertia force in the rotation,research of the two-tooth difference Swing-rod Movable Tooth transmission system is of great significance.In this paper,a series of research such as the tooth profile design,error analysis,torsional vibration model and the analysis of the error excitation were conducted systematically.Based on the given swinging rod motion law in order to make sure no impact on the movement of the swinging rod,the equations of the center wheel and shock wave of tooth profile were calculated using the inversion method;By study of the relation between curvature radius and swing coefficient,the influence of swing coefficient on the curvature radius of the center wheel were gotten,and the condition of producing no interference from the theory tooth profile to actual tooth profile of the center wheel is given;By analysis Transmission Angle of the system,the swing coefficient's influence on the transmission angle were determined and the swing coefficient interval with good force transmission performance was given;Based on instantaneous velocity center method,the instantaneous transmission ratio of the movable tooth and the shock wave device were gotten,and the instantaneous transmission ratio of the movable tooth and the center wheel were also gotten.The change law of system transmission ratio was analysed and the swing coefficient's influence on the change trend of transmission ratio was determined.According to the construction principle of two-tooth difference Swing-rod Movable Tooth transmission device,analysis the causes of transmission error of the device,and using the instantaneous arm method to calculate the meshing pair error model of movable tooth and shock wave device,movable tooth and center wheel,on the basis of the meshing pair of error model,the transmission error model of the system is established;Through each single error analysis of the impact on transmission error,main impact factor on transmission error of the system was obtained;By controlling the change of swing coefficient,numerical analysis was carried out on the transmission error model,the swing coefficient's influence on the transmission error was gotten,and the design principle of transmission ratio of transmission chain were verified;Through the analysis of the error principle,the relationship between transmission ratio and the transmission error is derived,and each single error on the overall transmission ratio was analysed.Comparing several kinds of modeling method,on the basis of a series of hypothesis and simplification,according to the stress deformation analysis of the two-tooth difference Swing-rod Movable Tooth transmission system,the model of dynamic meshing force mathematical model of the system were gotten;From the basic theory of force balance of the two-tooth difference Swing-rod Movable Tooth transmission system as a starting point,based on the lumped parameter method to establish incentive torsional vibration dynamic model of the two-tooth difference Swing-rod Movable Tooth transmission system about error.Use MATLAB to solve the torsional vibration model of the two-tooth difference Swing-rod Movable Tooth transmission system.Incentive dynamic meshing force of the two-tooth difference Swing-rod Movable Tooth transmission system with error and without error were analyzed;By comparative analysis of displacement response of the center wheel with each single error excitation,it is concluded that the length error of the pendulum rod is the biggest influence factor on displacement response of the center wheel.
