As one expression of living standards,the performance of automobile has been widely concerned.Engine,the main power source of the automobile,how to evaluate and improve its comprehensive performance has always been focused by engine development.How to use a single efficient and reasonable index quantify automobile engine comprehensive performance has always been a difficult problem,because the comprehensive evaluation of engine performance need to consider the various performance indicators,and these indicators are both independent of each other and influence each other.So verify a new kind of engine comprehensive performance evaluation method is meaningful work.This paper aims to use computer simulation technology and engine bench test to verify a new kind of engine comprehensive performance evaluation method,this method establish a dynamic engine all condition comprehensive performance evaluation and control theory,and structure a new evaluation index: engine composite performance coefficient.The main research content is as follows:Expounded the principle of computer simulation technology and the research methods,use GT-Power software establish a complete engine model,this model based on the parameters of Honda WH125 engine.Using the method of compare the simulation results of engine model and the data of engine bench test,the model was adjusted,and its accuracy was ensured;GT-Power and Simulink co-simulation technology has been studied,and used this technology to establish a joint simulation platform which based on engine composite performance coefficient,and then calculate all speed of this coefficient.Virtual instrument technology is studied,and use LabVIEW software establish a set of measurement and control system which is based on the engine performance of composite coefficient,and then tested the system through the experiment.Through the above research finally verified the comprehensive performance evaluation method and the engine composite performance coefficient. |
