With the development of the national economy,the quickening pace of society,the expansion of the interpersonal communication,high speed railways obtain rapid development,especially the high speed,large transport capacity,safety performance and technical advantages,which created the huge economic performance.High speed railway electrification and development is imperative.Locomotives rely on erecting wires to obtain continuous and reliable electricity.How to ensure the straight line that offer flow is the key to the cart,constant tension cart was born.Constant tension cart as a kind of superior performance of the feeding device,there is still a gap from foreign producers in its design level and technology level,the study of constant tension cart is very important.On the basis of summarizing and studying the foreign advanced design concept,this paper designs the hydraulic system of the railroad car,which is designed for the erection of different road and railway pavement,sharing a set of pay-off system,saving cost and convenient operation.The factors that influence the tension control is analyzed,the tension control method are discussed,which provided the basis for the design of the tension control system.In this paper,the design and analysis are combined with practical application.The main contents are as follows:First of all,the according to the requirements of the use of working conditions,and the basis design of mechanical structure,the vehicle hydraulic system was fully design.The practical rational propel scheme was chosed,the design and calculation of the closed system was carried out,and main component model is given;Secondly,the working principle of constant tension pay-off car is analyzed,tension control algorithm is given,PID closed-loop tension control method is designed,AMESim model of tension control system is established,and the control algorithm of matlab / Simulink is simulated.The influence of velocity variation on the whole tension system is analyzed,and it is verified that it can satisfy the required error range and ensure the flatness of the pay-off line.Finally,the pay-off car is tested before leaving the factory,and the problems are analyzed and processed to improve the safety and reliability of the vehicle.The actual performance of the pay-out simulation is verified to achieve acceptance standard.
